Submit Event

Description

Important

This event is a supplementary notification and does not replace the completion webhook, which is still required for a proper handover of the case.

When a session is submitted in Visiba Triage, an event is sent to notify the parent system that might be embedding Visiba Triage in an iframe. This allows the parent system to take appropriate actions. Depending on your configuration the data object might contain additional information, per default will be empty.
