Patient Interface

The patient interface facilitates the patient journey, emitting events to the parent system for seamless integration. Learn more about the available events and see example code here.

Size​

The patient interface is designed for mobile devices and is best viewed in portrait mode. When embedded in another application, the minimum recommended dimensions are 360px width and 800px height.

Completion Options​

At the end of the patient journey, the system can be configured to either display a end page or immediately let the integrating system take over the patient journey. Please contact us to modify this setting.

  • End View: Displays a thank-you page at the end of the journey. The completion event is sent after a 5-second delay, ensuring the page is visible to the patient. This option is ideal when no immediate redirection is needed/possible.
  • Immediate Redirect: Sends the completion event immediately, allowing the integrating system to handle the next steps. A loader is displayed while the system takes over.
